What is ReachSum?

ReachSum is a platform that helps you track and showcase your total social media reach across multiple platforms. It aggregates follower counts from various social media accounts and presents them in a beautiful, unified profile.

How does it work?

Simply sign up using your Google or Facebook account. Once logged in, you can connect your social media accounts (like YouTube, etc.) through a secure, official process (OAuth). ReachSum will then automatically track your follower counts and update them based on your subscription tier.

Account & Privacy

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. We only store public information (follower counts) and your email. We never store passwords or access private data. All communication is encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data protection.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This will remove all your data from our systems immediately.

Subscription & Billing

What are the subscription tiers?

We offer several subscription tiers to fit your needs, from a free plan for starters to creator plans for power users. You can find detailed information on our pricing page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to your current tier's features until the end of your billing period.

How do handle limits work? What happens if I downgrade?

Each subscription tier has a maximum number of social media accounts ("handles") you can connect. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, ReachSum will automatically keep your largest accounts (by follower count) up to your new plan's limit, and remove the smallest ones first. This ensures your total reach is preserved as much as possible.
